In 2015, most brand owners signed their contract with ICANN to start making use of their dot brand – but we also saw some brands starting to publish content and create traction. Dot stories gathered a selection of the key events in the life of dot brand in 2015.

In 2014, Axa had launched “annual”, and was one of the first brands to test and do their pilots.

In 2015, a few other brands were active and started to publish content, mini-sites etc..  We could reasonably expect that 2016 will be the year where many dot brands will launch campaigns, sites, or other creative digital experiences for their customers, making their new dot brand a digital flagship.
